You can also reach MOAP - Dolphin Island via Cagayan De Oro City Airport then a 3-4 hours bus ride and 30 minutes Fairy Boat to Ozamiz City. There are two airlines that fly to Cagayan de Oro City from Manila: Air Philippines and Cebu Pacific Airlines also at Dipolog City Airport. Manila to Ozamiz have only one airline: Air Philippines.
